What is ALL4HAWAII?
Feeding Our Community through One-of-a-Kind Experiences
The ALL4HAWAII Challenge is a digital fundraiser in an effort to provide food for those in need, right here in our local community. While food insecurity has long been a concern here on the Islands, with the onset of COVID-19, the number of those going hungry has risen exponentially, whether due to school closures, shortage of food resources or loss of income because of unemployment. From keiki to kupuna, the lack of access to food is sadly, a part of this “new normal.”
Through the ALL4HAWAII Challenge, sponsored by Mauna Loa, some of Hawaii’s favorite personalities in the realms of sports, fashion, and entertainment have come together to donate their time and, for some, a prized possession or two. We challenged them to create a one-of-a-kind experience in an effort to raise $1 million dollars to fight food insecurity in Hawaii.
Most Popular: Train (and Dine!) with UFC Champ Max Holloway
You and 4 of your closest friends can get into the ring with UFC Champ Max Holloway for a VIP training session. Watch the MMA expert in action and get ready to take some notes — just watch out for his spinning kick. After throwing a few punches, Holloway’s gloves come off: as the winner of this experience, you’ll get to take home a pair of official UFC gloves autographed by Holloway himself. You’ll also get to choose the kind of specific training session you want with the champ, whether it be focused on MMA or self-defense. Even better: Holloway will even take you dinner out afterwards. How’s that for being a great sport? 100% of the money raised through this game will go directly to Hawaii Foodbank and Maui Food Bank.
The ALL4HAWAII Challenge, sponsored by Mauna Loa, will benefit the following non-profit organizations: Hawaii Foodbank (a member of Feeding America) and the Maui Food Bank. 100% of all funds raised will be donated directly to these charity partners that tackle food insecurities.
